You can ask for up to 5 copies of NATF Form 85, for copies of pension or bounty land warrant application files, or NATF Form 86, for military files, and then you fill in as much as you can, and send the white page to the same address. The cost is $37, for pension or bounty land warrant files, or $17 for military files, and they have several ways to pay- card, cash, etc. You don't send any money until they locate a file for you.
