I, Daniel Stuart, Surrogate of the County of Sussex do certify that on the thirteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand, eight  hundred and four, administration of the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of Daniel Kimbel late of the County of Sussex who died intestate, was granted by me to Catherine Kimbel of the County of Sussex who is duly authorized to administer the same agreeably to law. Witness my hand and seal of office the thirteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four.

61 Recd 15th November 1816 of Catherine Kimble administratrix of Daniel Kimble  decd the sum of one hundred & ninty dollars and twenty four cents in full of our share of the personal estate of the said decd as children & heirs of the said Daniel Kimble decd and then of & from every part & parcelthereof do fully clearly & absolutely acquit, release & for ever discharge the said Catherine Kimble her heirs executors administrators & assigns- In witness whereof we have here unto set our hands & seals the day & date above written. Sealed & delivered in the presences of Jacob Kimble   Ephraim Kimble    Wm  A. Gurtin, John Idmar, Jur.

Be it remembered that on the 3rd day of January eighteen hundred & fourteen, personally appeared before me John Gurtin one of the Judges of the Inferior Court of Common pleas in & for the County  Jacob Kimble and Ephraim Kimble the within grantors, who acknowledged that they signed sealed & delivered the within release & discharge as their voluntary act & deed, for the purposes therein expressed done before me the date above- John Gurtin

the account of the Adm of Isaac Kimble decd [Sec] 722. 92

This Account having been audited and stated by the Surrogate & now reported for allowance whereby it appears that there is a balance in the Accountants hands of seven hundred and twenty two dollars and ninety two cents to be disposed of according to law, no exceptions having been taken to the said account nor to the passing thereof and the accountant having complied with the requisition of the law in all respects therefore the Court do order and decree that the said account as stated &c. be finally allowed and passed.

This account having been audited and stated by this surrogate and now reported for allowance whereby it appears that there is a balance in the accountants hands of one hundred and ninety one dollars twenty four cents to be disposed of apreciably to law No exceptions being taken against said accountant nor the passing thereof and the accountant having complied with the requisitions of the law in all respects the Court do order and decree that the said account as stated &c. be finally allowed and passed.

Peter Simmons one of the appraisers of within Inventory being duly sworn according to Law, did depose and say that, the goods, chattals and credits in the said Inventory set down and specified, were by him appraised according to this just and true respective rates and values, after the best of his judgement and understanding and that James Hopkins the other appraiser whose name is thereto subscribed was present at the same time and consented in all things to the doing thereof and that they appraised all things brought to their view for appraisement

Catherine Kimbel administratrix &c. of the within named Daniel Kimbel deceased being duly sworn according to Law, did declare, that the within writing contains a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels and credits of the said deceased as far as have come to her knowledge or possession or to the possession of any other person or persons for her use-

A True & perfect Inventory of all & singular, the Goods & Chattels, rights & credits of Caleb Kimble, late of hardiston in the County of Sussex and State of New Jersey, Deceased made this 15th day of September 1819-

-about 21 items equaling $365.03 -

appraised by us George Buckley, David Hopkins, Sussex County. George Buckley, one of the appraisers of the within inventory being duly sworn did depose & say that the Goods, chattels and credits in the said Inventory set down & specified were by him appraised according to their just & true respective rates & values after the best of his Judgement & understanding & that David Hopkins the other appraiser whose name is thereto subscribed was present at the same time & consented in all things to the doing thereof & that they appraised all things Brought to their view for appraisement.

George Buckley, Anna Kimble & Wm Inglish adm & of the within names Caleb Kimble decd being duly sworn did severally declare that the within writings contain a true & perfect Inventory of all & singular the goods, chattels & credits of the said decd that have come to their Knowledge or possession or to the possession of any other person or persons for their use.
